Karen Gazzard

Visualisation Director | IT | Plate Spinning

Karen is the founding director of The Ruby Cube. She takes care of client management, production, artistic and technical direction. She has over 20 years of visualisation experience under her belt, and has freelanced for Hayes Davidson, DBOX, Assembly Studios, Cityscape and INK.

After growing up in New Zealand, she moved to the UK in 2003. When she’s not working, she can often be found walking by the local canal or in woodlands where she draws a lot of inspiration for her 3D visualisations. She is passionate about capturing something of the beauty she finds in nature, in her work. Karen enjoys playing music and singing, sports, and of course spending time with her family and friends!

Scott takes care of business development, accounts and the day-to-day running of the business. He’s skilled in motion graphics, story boarding and concept development – a visionary who likes to think outside the box.

A creative through and through, he has recently published his first self-authored and illustrated comic book. When he’s not working behind the scenes for The Ruby Cube, he can be found working on his next comic book and illustrations. He brings his creativity into every aspect of the business, and is passionate about good storytelling, film, manga and his family.
