Yes — we build a single accurate 3D scene and produce both planning-grade verified views and marketing-optimised lifestyle renders from the same model. This is more efficient and ensures visual consistency across the project.
Do you work with architects' BIM or CAD files?
Yes — we accept Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and AutoCAD formats as input. We rebuild geometry to visualisation standard where needed, retaining the accuracy of the architectural design data.
Can you show the BNG habitat development over time alongside the building?
Yes — this is one of our specialisms. We can produce a series of renders or an animation showing the building in Year 1 of occupation, Year 5, and Year 25, with the BNG habitat maturing alongside it. This is a powerful tool for demonstrating long-term ecological integration to planning authorities and purchasers.
